
Hi I'm 15 years old , 5"9 152 pounds I want to lose weight to about 140 pounds! Will this work? I'm currently doing 4 out of 7 days of the week Cycling on a machine I have that automatically Changes pressure to make it harder and lose more also I have football in p.e. every other day! And I walk a lot! In a month how much can I lose?
Cutegirl - treadmill for at 30 mins jogging and eat heathly and drink water.
ReplyDeleteJamie - tbh cycling isnt that good unless u do alot change your cardio evry other day cycle one day run next the run stairs the next this will get u to your limmit quick
ReplyDeleteBasketchick - Depends on how much and what you eat. I'd go for about 1900 calories a day and you could lose about 10 lbs???
ReplyDeleteTabitha - Darlin', I've lost 40 pounds just by hitting the gym (lifting small weights + cardio) for 4-5 days a week, with a diet.
ReplyDeleteFruits, veggies, fish, chicken, steak, and drinking strictly water and skim milk when necessary.
Diet makes a world of difference, I promise.
