What Can I Do To Reduce My Allergies?

396545383 Okay, so I'm 13 and have dust allergy, we live in dubai, a very dusty country in a villa, so lots of flowers and pollen. I have a pet dog and rabbit and i will not get rid of them. I am on homeopathic medicine and my allergy has reduced drastically. My mean symptom now is severe wheezing, especially in the night. I used to get red eyes, a blocked nose, dry skin, itchy skin, swollen eyes and wheezing, now my skin is just a little dry here and there and i get wheezing in the night severely. I do take ventolin puffs to reduce it, but it is a steroid. What can i do to reduce my allergies to my pets and dust?
I bathe my dog and try not to carry my rabbit too much too!

  1. Donald Hall - You can take anti-histamine drugs to reduce your allergies but consult your doctor first. Good luck

  2. Jack - I agree, talk to your parents and a doctor first. I would recommend zyrtec, it does wonders for me.
