kitty in the sink - No. Ovarian cancer or testicular cancer might, but not every cancer. Certain cancer treatments can make you sterile, though. Talk to a doctor who has your records, and see if you had one or more of those treatments.
lizincali - The cancer itself may not affect you, but the treatment may have. I'd talk to your doctor, and maybe your parents to see if they remember which chemotherapy drugs you were given at the time. If for some reason, your eggs were damaged by chemo as a child you may still be able to get pregnant via egg donation, so there are options.
I heard people say you cant have kids if you have cancer, I had liver cancer when i was 6 im 21 now will i be able to have kids one day?
