  2. jack - The only way to tell is to test it by smoking one. If it sets off your asthma, I would refrain from smoking. If you can't give up tobacco altogether, try chewing tobacco.

Charlotte - well, if i may be as so bold to say, you really shouldnt be smoking at all.. but anyway, im a wannabe doctor at 14. honestly i wouldnt risk it, smoking is VERY damaging to lung tissue and deposits tar in the cells. plus, it cuts your life by up to 10 years! anywho, i wish you luck in your quitting!

  4. J - Well, you can smoke but that doesn't mean it will be good for you. Like a pregnant woman can smoke but in no way does that mean that it is good.
If you are trying to stop but find it hard, you can get an electronic cigarette and put aromatic oil and water in it and smoke it, before finally quitting. This will help you since you will not be taking all the bad stuff from the cigarettes into your lungs, but will still have something in your hands. So you'll first get rid of the addiction of the body and, when that part is over, you can get rid of the psychological addiction, which is holding the cigarette in your hands.
