Will Squats, Lunges, & Glute Kick Backs...?

396545382 Will squats, lunges, & glute kick backs make my a*s phatter (bigger but sexy).?? if so how long will it take & how long should i do each exercise.? if not, i still want to know how long i should do each exercise.

    Reps: 6-12

    Sets: 3-5

    Tempo: moderate

    Frequency: 3 times a week

    **Make sure you rest sore muscles. Resting them will allow proper time to repair and grow.
