Will Eating A Lot Of A No Calorie Butter Spray Add Up To Lot Of Calories?

396545382 I had a lot of this calorie free buttery spray stuff

http://www.icantbelieveitsnotbutter.com/…

Do you think it could add up to a lot of calories? Im on a sort of diet, so should i just add a few calories to my day to be safe? (i have a certain amount of calories i stick to in a day, should i add calories to what my intake was at lunch to be safe?)

  1. Anita Job - It won't add up to calories, but it will add up to junk chemicals. You are better off eating some real butter, as it has healthy fats. (Yes SOME fats are good for you!)

  2. OSUcowboys4life - Yes it does. The reason that that product claims zero cals is for one reason: the servings are really small. One spray is tiny! But if you add up all of those sprays of real butter, they'll amount to the same amount of calories as a regular butter serving. In order to fully achieve the zero cals, you need to follow the actual serving size on the bottle. You'll find that in order to not gain any cals, all you can do is eat a spray and a half. (which is nothing).

In essence, this product is "tricky" and def a lie. Bc it tricks people by saying zero cals- people who are trying to lose weight, like you and many others, get the mentality that this stuff is healthier than the real stuff, even though it's not.

Even so, good luck with your diet! Remember, no less than 1,200 cals or it ruins your metabolism!
