Why Am I Getting Allergic Reactions Since 2 Weeks Ago?

2 weeks ago was my first allergic reaction but it got worst,whenever I am around smoke,perfume,in hot areas,my face& throat gets red red & my throat feels swelled & hard to breathe. When I am home I keep it cool but when the heat turn on I get a reaction. When I go out anywhere it happens to me. The doctor do not know why & saying my chest is cleared & throat is good. Thinks it started from new job working with potatoes that they spray with chemicals in fields. I am not taking an inhaler for when I do get an episode where I can't breathe. Can anyone tell me what the possibles are? I am open to all answers.
I have animals but ok around them. I also get stuffed up nose & itchy eyes for the month of August. This is my 2nd year for that.
p.s. going for an allergy test in 3 months.
