What Would Be A Healthy Option For Lunch?

  1. Amanda W - Why don't you eat a sandwich and fruit? Eating one of the three doesn't sound like enough, unless the sandwich is a decent size. You are supposed to get 2,000 calories a day - 1,500 if you're dieting. On the sandwich, use wheat bread, chicken or turkey, use romain lettuce or spinach, a tomato slice, and light on the condiments. Always drink lots of water!
