So, what do I do about it? Is there some kind of medicine for it? Go to the doctors?
Of course, I know that I should wash my covers and pillow and all that. But having a stuffy nose at night and waking up every 5 seconds is not fun & I really want to "find a cure".
Thanks
Maha Ishvar - don't jump into any conclusion yet. there are in fact various 'factors' of allergies. but you need to understand 'allergy' for what it is. it simply is a 'symptom of bodily reaction to certain things'. they have not find a 'cure' for it yet, at least not in a conventional sense(if they have, no one would still be dependable on all those allergy drugs). so what to do? although this isn't intended as a medical advice, try to aim for 'natural' body detoxification. a bit of research online will give you plenty of ways to do this. the general 'rule' here is a toxic body is the 'cause', or a catalyst if you will, of all illnesses and sicknesses.
ReplyDeleteamydee511 - I'm allergic to dust mites too. You can get allergy shots, but they are expensive (i looked into it). Have you tried a de-humidifier? Dust mites tend to like humidity. Try sleeping with a de-humidifier on. It should help.
