Don't kid yourself. He's underweight, and taking 8 zoloft is a meaningful red flag.
sherry - your friend is trying to overdose? or get hi? what ever the reason he needs to call posion control, or go to the nearest emergency room. if you take medicine such as this it may not kill you but you can damage your liver and be ill from that.
