Simpson G - You need to see a dermatologist to diagnose what these "spots" are. We can't see them so we can't offer much help. If they are simple hyperpigmentation, a hydroquinine cream may help, but the ones that work best are only available through a doctor.
i have quite a lot, i NEED to get rid of them! I've literally tried everything! they all reduce size and redness but they don't go! anyone know how to? or should i get some tablets? please help, its having a big big difference on me x x x x
