Want To Get In Shape For Cheerleading?

396545382 ok i want to be a cheerleader real bad but i think i'm tooskinny to be a cheerleader ( i know what your thinking "cheerleaders are ment to skinny and fit") and yes i do want to be fit but i also want to gain weight....so can someone please help by writing what to eat and what excersice to do to stay fit and how to be flexible really fast.
please help :)

  1. i luv strawberry icecream - eat plenty of fruit and veg as well as healthy carbs e.g whole grains, wholewheat ,wholemeal pasta,bread,noodles and oatmeal really good to.
    protein-lean meats ,tofu,eggs,beans
    dairy-yogurt ,milk ,cheese
    fats-nuts,natural peanut butter, oily fish, avocado and many more .exercise 1 hour a day and drink plenty of water .to increase fitness i would suggest running/jogging and stretch your muscles everyday (you can look some up on u tube or ask your cheer-leading teacher)to increase flexibility.If you gain muscle that will cause healthy weight gain and try to eat regular carbs every 2 hours thats also meant to help with weight gain and remember you can have treats like chocolate ,ice cream ,crisps just eat everything with a healthy balance :)
