Like if a 57 year old man or woman sees someone they really really like is there a 99% chance that by that age they know for a fact they are at risk if they have some kind of "alone time" because of it?What about a 67 year old man or woman, would they be certain by this time they are at risk?Please be 100% sure of your answer and feel free to add any detail I might not be aware of.I know that it has to do with your heart pumping more than it can handle and clogged arteries have something to do with it but feel free to help me out.At this age 99% of people get regular check ups where there doctor WILL most certainly inform them of this correct?
robert youre the man, but please clarify, you say if you can climb a flight of steps you can have sex, dowes this mean if you can climb a flight of steps without having a heart attack?Does it mean if you can climb a flight of steps at a normal pace (eg climb a flight of steps in less than two minutes)?
? - It's VERY unlikely for a person to have a heart attack from sexual stimulation. Usually LONG before that's a risk a patient has LOTS of other problems. Like chest pain, difficulty breathing, and more. The hospital rule is if you can climb a flight of stairs you can have sex. Ok??
ReplyDeletedon3070 - The RN certainly knows more than me and sounds right. Being a veteran of 2 heart attacks I think you're "alone time" isn't likely to push you over the edge. If that were the case there would be a lot of sticky fingered dead people around.
ReplyDeleteYou are talking about normal, every day, garden variety "alone time" I assume? Get too weird and who knows what can happen. If you have any symptoms, alone time is over and it's time to see a pro. I mean a doctor type pro :)
Like the RN said, if you already have had symptoms, whether or not you are having them now you may want to look into that before spending too much time alone.
