Please Help With A Diet Plan?

396545382 Hello. I am 21 years old and I weigh 190. It seems like a lot well it actually is a lot but I don't look that big at all. When people guess my weight they say 150. My stomach isn't that big, but I have some love handles that I want to get rid of. I stopped drinking pop about two months ago and have increased my water intake. I gained about 14 lbs for some reason. I hate it and this has gotten out of hand. For the new year I want to lose weight. Its important. I'm very busy. Full time student and I work. Any ideas or info would be great. Thanks.

  1. severus - Something changed, maybe some medication or just slowing down activity. You probably can figure it out. Probably, fit in some exercise at home or walk more, and figure out what you are eating. If you can make your own food, you won't eat empty calories. At your age, I started keeping charts of what I was eating plus my measurements. Also, I started working out with weights. The benchmark weight I tried to maintain was my high school weight. For a few years, I worked full time plus went to night school, which is pretty similar to your situation, but in reverse. That means eating what is in the market, like having a sandwich made and buying deli salads. Probably, you will lose weight when finished with school. In the meantime, do the best you can. You can do waist twists and side bends with light weights for love handles. Or you can use a weighted hula hoop, or try belly dancing.
