what is the best way to keep my house allergy free from dust (dust mites) ? I know you may just say CLEAN HOUSE. but it has not been working for me. I also have allergy proof bed / pillow covers which I wash them in hot water. Here in Florida, I am sick all the time. I can not just move out of course.
Tori - I too have dust allergies. I reccomemd taking ALLEGRA D for it. It really does work also you should buy a vaccum (if u have carpet) that has bags so the dust wont get in your house. Clean your house 2 times a week or more. If u have hard woon floors, sweep them DAILY.
ReplyDeletechloe v - I know using a vacuum every week is not ideal, but make sure you keep your house clean and if you have pets they can also play a part in your dust allergies, so make sure there isn't any loose hair from any animals.
ReplyDeleteJohn - I use a air cleaner. They're kind of pricey. I think I paid around $80. The ones Honeywell makes are more expensive and dont work as good as the cheaper ones I got at WalMart.
