Well, I have this one before I get fixed braces, and it has 2 hooks, one on each of my front top teeth. On one of them hook things has snapped off. How much will a replacement cost? btw I have had it for nearly 2 months
D - Yes, call your orthodontist for a replacement. You wore those braces, so do the "upkeep" to keep the great results that came from them. Otherwise, your teeth will slowly move back to their original positions. Good luck!

K M - Go to or call your orthodontist and ask how much it will cost for a replacement.
