My intake for warfarin is 7mg daily and my range of INR is 2.5 to 3.5. I forgotten to take the pills a day and I took 8mg of warfarin. knifelvr - Alcohol and warfarin both thin your blood so you might want to be careful about your intake of alcohol. Check your INR levels as often as you are supposed to, and cut down on your drinking.
