The acne and scars are everywhere and I always feel really ugly because of it. Every two weeks I go to a lady who does chemical peels and microderm abrasion and then stabs and pops everything. She is a professional. I think it's starting to work a little but my skin is still awful. Oh and I dance all the time. Like 13 hours a week. What can I do?!

My Acne Will Not Go Away!?
The acne and scars are everywhere and I always feel really ugly because of it. Every two weeks I go to a lady who does chemical peels and microderm abrasion and then stabs and pops everything. She is a professional. I think it's starting to work a little but my skin is still awful. Oh and I dance all the time. Like 13 hours a week. What can I do?!

Sophia - Ask a dermatologist if he has any recommendations of medicines (that won't make your hair fall out), Don't pop them though, and maybe think of using a face cleanser But other than that, keep on using the medicine you use as much as you can :)
ReplyDeleteSveta - I'm like u suffer from acne. But mine is mild. I tried everything, no major change. Recently my massage therapist suggested abdominal massage to cleanse my guts, colon. It's a ten day process 30 min a day. She said that all the junk that gets stuck to the intestine will come out trough the pores and sweat. That's why ur pimples smell bad when u pop them. I'm going to cleanse my intestine and see if that helps (it make dance to me). Also, by doing that person will lose weight and gain energy..
ReplyDeleteMandy May - everyones skin type is different I use Biore with the microbeads it works good for me I use it once in the morning and once at night...you want to dry the acne out so a way to dry it out is toothpaste just put it on the areas you need and let it dry and leave it on for 5 minutes then just wash it off...hopefully that can help a little...

-try putting a hot towel over your face for 30 seconds to open your pores then splash some cold water on your face to close the pores right away relieving any oil and dirt and wash normally
