Noccie - No. Chocolate with artificial sweetener does not taste good. Most people with diabetes choose to eat regular candy but just a small amount or they take insulin to cover the carbs.
Tabea - Please do not buy 'diabetic' products! most of them are a con and a waste of money.
Some 'diabetic' products contain more carbs than the regular equivalent, and thus will raise blood sugar by more.
A truly diabetes-friendly product is a low carb product.
As for chocolate - the higher the cocoa mass, the lower the carb and the more diabetes-friendly. I eat chocolate with a minimum cocoa mass of 75%. It has a rich, intense taste, so a little goes a long way, and I find that two squares don't have much effect on my blood sugar.
