
I usually eat 2-3 servings of fruits everyday. But my options are mostly apples, oranges, banana, and sometimes some pear and mandarin orange. I try to rotate them everyday. Like one day I would have an apple and an orange, and the next day i would have a banana and an apple. But they might be too repetitive overall. Is that bad for health or as long as I got my 2-3 servings I'm good?
I don't take supplement so I try to eat my 2-3 servings of fruits and 2-3 servings of vege (which is repetitive vege again)
I agree. Banana aren't one of the best fruits to eat everyday. So I only eat about 2-3 bananas every week.
violet - Fruit is never bad for your health, no matter how much of it you eat!!! You're so silly..Go fruit crazy!
