
I'm going to the coast in four weeks but I want to lose a bit of excess weight before I go so I get a good bikini body. I weigh about 58 kilos and I'm 180cm tall and I just have a bit of extra fat on my love handles and belly and thighs and all that. So how quickly would it be for me to see some results? How long would it take before I lost all the excess fat? Would I lose the fat before I went to the coast? I would also be doing twenty minutes of cardio on my bad but usable elliptical machine and an hour of toning excersises before bed evey night. I also walk to and from school on weekdays which takes about twenty minutes there (downhill) and 40 minutes back (uphill) It would be great if you could tell me how long it would before I saw results, and when I would lose the fat all together. Please don't say I'll end up binging or just put the weight back on because I have very good mindset :) Thankyou!
