i want to become dental hygienist, but am a lil bit confused whether i do dental nurse first then hygienist or direct study hygienist in university. uni are too far from my home and want to study in london. plss help me :(

kjw - In America you don't necessarily need any training to be a "dental nurse / assistant", though many do programs which are 9-12 months. The hygienist training is completely separate from assistant training. It is usually 2 years after about 2 years of prerequisites. Some programs include a bachelor's degree.
