For over a year now i've been waking up to my heart beating so fast that i wonder how i didn't die of a heart attack. I wouldn't even call it a fast "beat" because its more like vibration, that's how fast its going and it scares me so bad. When this happens i sit up and put my fingers to my pulse in my neck and i cant even count because its going so fast. Its not very powerful, like my heart is coming out of my chest, its pretty weak actually, i gotta press my fingers firmly against my pulse to feel it. I've always wondered why this happens to me, im not having a bad dream, nothing has startled me when i wake up. Im not on any medication, i was told once that i had an arrhythmia, but that was years ago when i found out and this has been happening in the last year. It seems to be getting worse. Its happening more often. I started thinking that its stress related. I do worry a lot, and have problems with anxiety. Please HELP! There has got be an explanation.
FearlessGuy - You dreamed having sex with me, it's normal.
ReplyDeleteAlex - its a stress cause i have this too but when i walk alot what i do is put my fingers on my neck were the pulse is and firmly rotate in a circular movement and relax and it will go away or i get a ice pack and put it in my face to help out with the nerves
ReplyDeleteChristina - Probably you have a problem with blood pressure. Try to contact your doctor and make an appointment. Problems with heart can be really serious.
ReplyDeleteRichard - Hi,
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear about what is going on. I was a lot like you and searched the web far and wide for answers. Eventually, I just got fed up and decided to create my own website to help those suffering from anxiety. You can find this free resource on google. It is called Project: I Wanna Live Again.
If you are seeking a medication that may help, please keep it natural. Your body doesn't need anything other then that. After reviewing many anxiety medications, I chose A2X as my sponsor because they are 100% natural and I personally found them effective. They even give you a 14 day free trial which is awesome! I will list the link to it below. I highly recommend it.
Also, for anxiety help check out Project I Wanna Live Again for a free resource and help.
In good health,
Rich
