Very Bad Headache, Nausea, Other?

396545384 I didn't sleep too well last night, but I woke up feeling pretty tired. I might have low blood sugar (I haven't been diagnosed with diabetes... yet). I've had a headache pretty much all day, and it starts hurting more when I move around. About 30 minutes ago, I started feeling really bad and feeling like I was sick. My head was hurting VERY bad, I was dizzy, I ever cried it was so bad. I guess I have some of the symptoms of mild/moderate hypoglycemia. Tiredness, nervousness, short-tempered (at times), confused, cold skin, trouble concentrating sometimes, plus it seems I have an under-normal temperature. When I take my temperature, it shows something around 96-97 degrees. I think I use to have IBS, or something to that effect. I guess I should go to a doctor, but those things cost so much. I was thinking a little today about maybe going to get a blood sugar tester from Walgreens or somewhere. Do you think I'm sick, or is it something else? My nose was blocked up and running this morning. What do you think I have?

  1. Kai - Sounds more like you had a migraine headache or sinus headache, made worse by your lack of sleep. Since your nose is also blocked, I'd say it is a sinus headache or you might be coming down with the flu or cold. Is the weather changing where you are because that often brings on a sinus headache. They do sell over the counter sinus medication but you should first either talk to your doctor or to the pharmacist so they can match you with the appropriate stuff for your age.
