Almonds, sesame seeds, yogurt and low fat milk all make great snack options, as well. Also to be included in the diet are seaweeds because of their iodine content and coconut oil as it contains saturated fat that improves metabolism. The consumption of iodized salt is also being encouraged, although health experts are having different views regarding this because in spite of the fact that t is infused with iodine, iodized salt has nonetheless gone through a form of chemical processing.

  2. aziz - vegetables role in controlling hypothyroidism is not clinically proven, you have to treat it medically.
