
I am 19 years old. I weigh 172lbs and my height is 6ft. I recently started lifting weights. I want to kno how many times a week I should lift weights? And how many hours a day. I am trying to get to 180-185 all muscle. Please

You only need to work out when doing weights for 45 mins-1 hour, no longer! Any longer and you will find it hard to build muscle.
Never work the same muscle group 2 days in a row, you muscles need at least 24-48 hrs to recover, recovery is when your muscles will grow. Alot of people spend to much time in the gym thinking this is where they grow, doing weights break down the muscle which is why you will ache the following day!
Here's a little example of what routine I used to do when I first started 9 years ago:
Monday- chest, shoulders and triceps
Wednesday- back, traps and biceps
Friday - legs and abs
Gradually increase weight, aim for about 3 sets of 8-10 reps for each exercise
