So over the summer, I was at and ideal weight after dieting, and exercising. I was always moving around, rarely sitting and stress free. Now that school's started, I tend to fell very stressed when I get home. So because of school, I'm sitting all day, and am not dieting or exercising, because I feel it would add to my stress. My homework and school and sleep combined, always take up my whole day, if I want to get my full eight hours of sleep (which I've been missing out on). now I have gained weight, and I want to take it back off!!!
Help?
pinky - OMG i have the same problem!
ReplyDeletei don't know if its working yet but I have switched to having at least a cup of green tea a day (it makes you feel more energized too!) and taking the stairs instead of the elevator, also eat healthy snacks!
all these might add up and help u lose weight overtime! good luck!
Rebekah - don't take money to school so you can't buy food, therefore you don't put on weight! :) xx
ReplyDeleteMina - have several small meals a day to keep your metabolism going so that it will burn calories even when your sitting and stuff so have a small breakfast that has protien and carbs and pack a granola bar or cheese stick or a little snack to have while at your locker between classes and to keep excersising you should get a gym membership and its fairly to do homework while on the treadmil and bike then excersising will make you tired so you can fall asleep earlier.
ReplyDeletehope it works!
ny - When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
ReplyDeleteIf you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
