Okay well i need a little help. i weight about 136-139 and im about 5'6 is that overweight? or is it a healthy weight? i just want to know cause i Don't have flat stomach. Then again i don't have a big stomach. i know i still need to lose a little weight Any tips?
Geli Gallegos - Eat a little bit of food really often, that'll help boost your metabolism. Stay away from foods with a high GI level. (Glycemic Index) If you have a dog, walk it often. Further every time. Practice your confidence! For two weeks stay away from processed foods, then be a picky eater. :D LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES!:))
Rain - no, it's definitely normal or a little under. if your tummy is the problem area you just need to tone it, not lose weight :] maybe try some crunches and situps or something? answer mine??
jessica - Nope, thats not overweight at all! Overweight would be like 160! But if want want to lose weight then you should just cut back on junk food, only eat when your hungry, and exercise everyday.
