Will I Be Able To Lose 10 Lbs In One Month With This Diet?

396545382 Fruit salad:
1 apple
1 banana
½ cup chickpeas

Snack: 10 almond

Dinner:
1 slice of bread
Salad
½ cup egg whites

Snack:
1 cup of milk with 1 soy protein powder scoop

I'm 125 lbs at 5'4 female

  3. Jordan Mcbee - That is not enough food! Honestly I count about 400 calories max in that diet which is way too little! At 5'4 and 124 lbs you do not need to lose weight.
