Im planning on going to the doctor tomorrow. Symptoms:
Runny nose (kinda stopped),
very bad painful sore throat ( I have a habit of clearing my throat so every time i clear my throat it burns which is frequently)
a cold ( had 2 sweaters on and still felt cold), also cant really talk all that much it hurts.
Do I have a sore throat or strep? And does this sound like something I should stay home for? I have no quizzes or tests tomorrow. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteLaura Penfold - Sounds like you might even have tonsilitus....it can certainly give you all those symptoms, youshould have a look in a mirror at your throat with a light, check if it is red or swollen, could even have white bits on them. Could also be strep throat or an number of sicknesses. Best to go to the docs to make sure :) If you are contagious probably best not to go to school but you wont really know until you work out what you have.
