Dental Advice For Premature Loose Tooth?

396545381 My nearly 4 year old daughter hit her mouth on the TV screen. It's a bit bloody at the base near the gums and it's very slightly loose.

When we take her in to see the dentist what will his advice more than likely be? Will he just let the tooth die and fall out or will he need to pull it...or is it even a real issue at all?

Almost this exact same thing happened about a year ago to her and the dentist assured us her tooth will simply go back to normal and it did. No discoloration.

Any advice would be helpful, professional or from just experience. Thanks.

  1. . - The first set of teeth are not her permanent teeth.
They will all fall out and grow back. If this is one of her baby teeth then it will be replaced., another one will grow.
Some times if the tooth needs to come out they may replace it with a cap so that the teeth don't shift around and there will be room for the new one to fit. Teeth will move if there is an empty spot. But she is at the age where they will begin to fall out and be replaced. Its like 1st grade if I can remember. My boys are ..well..i have grandchildren now. so all i can tell you is from experience i am not a dentist. But if it was a baby tooth, it will grow back.
