Dr.Qutub - None as I have been prescribing it for 30 years, basically an enzyme preparation and has anti-infammatory and therefore enhances healing.I have abandoned prescribing it due to deteriorating efficacy/potency. If the parotid gland does not resolve keeping her age in view a Sialogram is required.
