Fred - Your blood pressure should be under 120/80 (which is normal-ish). Many people with low blood pressure, like my wife and myself, sit between 100-120 systolic (first number) and 70-80 diastolic (second number). In short, yes, you're good.
If you go under 100/70, probably want to consult your physician, but even then he or she may say it's okay.

Round 2 - As long as you don't feel dizzy or pass out when you stand up, it's fine.

ReplyDeleteLower than average BP is a relative thing, providing you don't feel symptomatic , the number is not that important.
