I am 22 years old. this is my time line.. 2 months ago went to er and was told i had protitis, epiditimitis, and a small hernia. I got my hernia fixed after they thought the anitobiotics cleared up the itis'.. for the past 2 months ive experianced pain in ejaculating. and i have quite a few of the prostate cancer symptoms and quite a few of the colon cancer symptoms. every time i go to the doctor they tell me its nothing. i know this isnt in my head.. please help me! could prostate cancer this early be possible? 22 With Prostate Or Colon Cancer?! Help!!?

Peter Stark - If you have been advised by a doctor that you don't have a condition leave it at that. Did the doctor run any tests? It is unlikely that a 22 year old has prostrate cancer. Maybe you should talk to a phychologist.

22 year-olds do not get prostate cancer and colon cancer is very rare at this age. Your diagnoses do explain your symptoms however. You need to go back to your doctor and let them know you are still not well otherwise they do not know.
ZieBerr - Ask for a prostate biopsy and a colonoscopy. Then you will know for sure. It is doubtful that you have both of those cancers at such a young age. You most likely still have prostititis. It takes about a month of antibiotics to clear up. When you say colon cancer symptoms, do you mean blood in stool? That can be from prostititis as the prostate and rectum are connected.
