I use to always be able to wear earrings without a problem but now if i try to wear any, my ears get really red and sore and puss a little bit. I've tried nickle free and hypoallergenic earrings but they all do the same things. Can somebody tell me what i can do?

Kerry h - This works for me when the earring causes my ear lobe to be red and itchy, or sore: I coat the stem (the part that goes thru the ear) with clear nail polish ... and be sure it's dry before inserting thru your ear. I do this with every new pair of earrings before wearing them.
ReplyDeleteMorgan - you are probley allergic to the metal gold or silver in the earings ..i have the same problem and i asked my docter abt out it... try using a cleaner for your earings that has a med. in it for your ears..it works gr8..now i can wear any knid of earings!
