I am 39 to 40 weeks no health problems and baby is fully developed I am dilated 3cm and 50% faced what can I do to speed things up. I go back to the doctor this wed and don't want to be sent home.
april - If baby's not ready, baby's not ready. You can go for walks but that just keeps you busy. I take it you're not in labor, so you're just gonna have to wait.
