Because I don't think the caveman/cavewoman always eat one type of animal. It could be deadly to our health. We shouldn't just be careful with Milk either, we should also be careful with chicken eggs. When we breed animals in a farm crowding them together in the thousands, they begin to grow diseases. These diseases live inside their blood, unknown to us. Chickens, Pigs and Cows can contain fatal cancerous diseases. A child's digestive system was used to its mothers milk.
When we choose a variety of meat in our diet we are healthier that way. Different breeds of cow (cattle) from male to female, adult to child should be part of our diet.
