I'm 16 and I play football and wrestle. I get very dry skin on my chest and face. Sometimes I get these strange brown spots on my chest. They don't itch or irritate me, but they're aesthetically displeasing. I have acne on my chest but very little. I have heard heat rash, but those are usually irritating. rrrandomchick - that is tinea versicolour. it's a fungal infection of the skin caused by an in-balance of the bacteria on the skin. we need bacteria on out skin but if there's in balanced possibly caused by humid temperatures or over washing/cleaning yourself you develop tinea. I've got it too that's why i know so much about it mine was caused by cleaning my self too much, I'm kinda OCD. i'm black so my spots are white whereas yours are brown. to treat it use some nizoral. you can get them from your doctor/gp. it's an anti dandruff shampoo that you use on your hair and skin to kill the fungus causing the patches on your skin.
