I Want To Join A Gym But There Is A Serious Problem!!!!!!!?

396545382 When I previously went gym I done a good exercise and ran on the treadmill but i always get the feeling of weakness in my legs when i start gym and when i run for 1 or 2 weeks and then it goes but the issue is that i get depressed to know that it is going to take a long time to lose my fat i am 100 kg which is 15 stone and I just turned seventeen... So please give me some tips of going to the gym and enjoying it and getting good results out of it..... Aoo and my height is 5.10 inches.

Tahrim - look its not easy to loose weight over nights.so you have to be pateint.dont measure your weight daily.measure your weight every 20 days n check whether its going good or not.take your favourite songs with you when you are in the gym.and most importantly dont loose hope and sweat more.and theres only one way you can sweat more and its hard work in the gym.get some momentum.set a target for every month (i will loose 5 kg in this month) and work on it .one more thing when u workout in the gym always concentrate what you are doing and forget what people says.believe in yourself.dont take too much weights.
