Im a 20 year old female and im pregnant. is it possible I could have colon cancer? I have had some mucus in my stool but havent been going anymore or less than usual and theyre all normal no diarrhea or anything. I had a TINY bit of blood like barely noticeable on the toilet paper it was very light pink. and that was only once. I have no pain or anything and I dont try really hard when I go. could I possibly have colon cancer?? Im really worried!! =/ thanks!Im also really embarrassed to talk to my husband about this! I dont want to make it out to be something bigger than it is but I dont want it to be something huge like colon cancer and then me not know it!
I dont have any pain at all though! and Ive only gained 4.5 lbs so far and Im 26 weeks pregnant. is it possible to have hemorrhoids without pain?
bri - U have a hemorrhoid..theres like .1 percent chance u have colon cancer at 20. They will probably do a colonoscopy, but u dont need it. As long as the blood is light pink ur good.
ReplyDeleteproteusmirabilus - I would say highly unlikely , due to your age . The spot of blood COULD be due to a small haemorrhoid , which can happen during pregnancy , especially if there has been a large gain of weight .

Hemorrhoids are painless unless they get infected or very large .
