Morning Snack- Apple
Lunch- Chicken Salad with Extra Light Mayo.
Afternoon Snack- Apple
Dinner- Meat And Vegetables.
While drinking water throughout the day, 20mins running and light weigh lifting.

ReplyDeletechristopher - Probably, but here's the best eating schedule, if you want you could try eating as little as 1,200 calories a day cuz that's how much your body needs to survive and function correctly, you could eat more, that's fine

2. Eat like a normal person for lunch
3. Eat like a hobo for dinner cause your metabolism Is lowest at night
You should also try going running in the morning cuz your burn the most fat on the morning
gfd45785 - Seems alright to me, but its not necessarily what you eat when you diet, it's the calories and macro nutrients IN the food you eat. There is about 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat, so if you want to drop a pound of fat you have eat about 500 calories less than you used to every day to lose 1 pound a week. Of course the right macro nutrients and some cardiovascular exercise can rapidly speed this process up, but don't go ever board and become anorexic because is very bad for you.

ReplyDeleteMuscle weighs more than fat so if you are training for bulk then you are likely to increase muscle size and weight. I know you say light weight lifting but if this is every day then you are going to build muscle.
If you are looking at losing weight you will have to increase your cardio to 30-45 mins.
Also add 1 extra meal to your diet,preferably post-workout and add an additional snack in the am and pm (something like wholemeal bread with tuna or peanut butter).
And if you are a guy ditch the comment about chicken giving you boobs. It's a lie!
onlytryingtohelp - no, this is awful. Not enough carbs, fatty mayo, needs much more fruit and veg. Go for 1800 calories a day.
