I got them tightened yesterday, like I have done lots of times, but it's never hurt this much! It's always caused my teeth some pain, but this time it's just horrible - I couldn't sleep because of it. Help?!
missy1 - eat lots of cold stuff like Popsicles and ice cream and take Tylenol they hurt because they are getting into position it will get better just be brave
