How Much Weight Would You Loose If You Ate 500 Calories For 5 Weeks?

396545382 I'm trying this, but for like 3 weeks. Please don't tell me that "your metabolism will slow down" idc if it will. my sister lost weight from eating 100 calories a day and she used to be like obese, so I know this works. i don't care if its unhealthy, i'm doing it anyways, but instead i'm eating 500 ^_^ so if your going to tell me not to do this then go back >_> i'm just wondering how much weight i would loose.

  1. Skye (no day but today <3) - Probably a fair amount but you could easily gain it all back by eating normally again.

  2. nikka.plz - That's a really dumb question because A) it's unhealthy and you're going to gain ALL of it back twice as fast unless you're planning on literally starving yourself the rest of your life. Is it really that hard to eat healthy and hit the gym? You would rather make yourself miserable and unhealthy?
Oh, the other reason it's a dumb question is because B) it depends completely on how much you weigh.

  3. Gbaby - I did something like this and lost 50 pounds in 1 month and a half, but i went running twice a day too. i lost about a pound a day, im not recommending doing this cuz i gained back 30 in a month. it kinda screws you up. but to answer your question, you would lose about 30-40 pound if you run too. with out running you will lose like 15-20 or so.

  4. Marina - Youre a freakin idiot.

You're going to drop all the weight very quickly indeed, but as soon as you start eating normally again you WILL gain all the weight back, and then some. Because your body will have gone into starvation mode.. That means it will cling to every single last calorie you eat, and store it because it thinks you're trying to survive a famine.

So.. You'll either end up getting fatter, or you'll have to commit to eating an anorexic diet for the rest of your life. Have fun with that.

  5. AussieGIRL♥ - It depends on your metabolism and how much exercise you're doing in addition. But you could expect to lose around 3-4 kilo a week... I'm sure you already know this is unhealthy so I won't give you a lecture, but I will tell you that if you want to keep the weight off, you'll have to slowly introduce calories back in and increase your exercise... If you start binging at the end, you'll put the weight back on. Good luck.
