breakfast: coffee mate(1 cup)
Lunch: 1/4 cup of rice
pork adobo(this is a Filipino dish) - 3 small pieces of meat with 5 chopped fried banana and 5 fried potato of course with the marinade - tomato sauce
ampalaya( bitter gourd 8 small pieces)
Snack: Indian mango
Dinner: V cut chips.
and of course lots of water in between meals
