How Do I Get Rid Of My Love Handles?

396545382 I never used to have hips or that "meat" just below your waist but suddenly I've got them but I think it came with my increase in exercise, particularly ballet. Can you tell me how to get rid of them? But I don't want to work my legs because I've overworked them and they're too big now so I'm trying to relax them to get rid of the muscle.

    Basically, you lie on your side with the arm on the floor spread out and you inch your upper body and lower body together in the air (so you're on your hip) and go back down.

    Do several reps one one side, then switch!

    I became vegan 6 months ago. Most of my diet is fruit and veggies. I also run 3 miles a day, and do a lot of core workouts. Now, I'm as toned and trimmed as can be :]
