I am male of 21, pretty Healthy. I got a severe chest pain about an hour ago, I'd gone hospital and checked out. Docter didnt said anything, he took my blood for investigation, had done ecg check up, and gave me some medicines namely 1)Anxipress- 0.25 mg 2)Simethicone and Magaldrate Oral suspension 3)Dicloefenac Diethylamine pain reliever and injections to alleviate pain. I was having light pain in body which was about 4 hour ago, then before an hour ago, I was having a severe chest pain, which was in middle chest, like convulsive pain or sudden stiffening in my chest and in back spinal chord, something like stabbing pain in back and over chest. It got worsened every time I inhaled deeply. I felt nauseated but not sweaty. It was something like someone badly pressing my front and back of chest with any blunt object. I hadnt had dinner, I had got tired due to travel. I had had a similar stroke about 6 months ago, but it was normal. Now, I am feeling better as if there was not any pain. I am wondering whether it is normal pain or any Heart problem. Thanks in advance for advice and suggestion.ections to alleviate pain. Thanks peregri, but its normal now, like had not had any pain. Doctor took blood and ECG report, but he didnt said anything, so I am wondering whether it is normal or any heart disease or Heart attack.

Pete'R - The symptoms you're showing suggest coronary thrombosis and that is serious.

Either way, go see your GP.
