How do you relieve sinus pressure in the ears? I have allergies right now, & I think I might have a cold, too. My throat is sore, & my sinuses are clogged up. Not so much in my nose, but in my ears. It feels like there's pressure there, & it kinda hurts. I've heard you should drink fluids & chew gum .. I'm doing both, & it's a little better, but it still hurts. Any tips? Thanks.
