I got the left side of my wisdom teeth pulled today.The swelling went down after like 3 hours and as of so far, there is no pain at all. I've been taking my anti-biotic medicine and ibuprofen like it says on the prescription bottle. Eypsa Koehler - Take rest for minimum of 24 hours and then you can get started with your daily activity. Avoid doing heavy exercises and keep the socket area clean to avoid any secondary infections. Follow the instructions of the dentist and take the medicines as prescribed.
