Stingray - may be a little high, depending when you took it. if you just had a meal. or have been very active moment before you took your b/p , the reading could be a little high. try sitting still for 5 min a half hour after you ate something , then test again.
MedicalMan - Yes it is a little high, but blood pressure fluctuates all the time throughout the day. Don't let one reading make you think you have a problem. Check it often and make a decision based on an average of readings taken at a similar time of day.

ReplyDeletexavierfactor09 - It's a little high, but normal. Make sure you breath during the test. Sometimes that will put it back in normal ranges
