I've heard people say that absolutely all processed food is terrible for you. And I eat A LOT of processed food, but they look like healthy foods to me.
I eat kashi granola bars, kashi cereal, kashi waffles, 100% whole wheat bread, canned low sodium beans, canned chicken breast, almond and skim milk, deli slice turkey, olive oil mayo.
Are these processed foods bad for you?? I also eat fruit and veggies.
Please Note: I'm not on a diet just trying to maintain my weight.
